Position Description:
TREK is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Human Resources Coordinator who is excited to take their recruiting, engagement, and onboarding to the next level. They will inspire evolution within the organization while supporting the daily functions of human resource. This is a very collaborative position as the successful candidate will work closely with all members of the TREK team and outside vendors.
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to all departments within TREK Development, under the direction of the People Operations Manager, and works closely with outside vendors

Principal (Essential) Duties
  • Onboarding - Accountable for providing a positive and energetic onboarding experience from job offer to completion of training
  • Staff Engagement and Retention - Accountable for the ongoing engagement efforts with staff to promote a positive and inclusive environment
  • Coordination of Training - Accountable for implementation of ongoing training for company 
  • Recruiting - Accountable for coordinating and implementing a successful recruiting process and marketing TREK as a preferred employer and leader in the real estate industry
  • Liaison with Vertilocity, Global, Verizon, GROW, Toshiba and any other vendor related to the information systems to ensure TREK employees have the tools, programs and support they need to complete their job duties (including TREK uniforms, office supplies, etc)
  • Coordinate with Property Management to maintain a fresh and updated website for all properties, and other social media promotions
  • Collaborate with site teams on new owned/managed properties and third-party managed property onset. This includes being on site for office set up (phones, computers, etc) and collaboration with the Property Management team
  • Maintain accurate databases for office equipment tracking (phones, extensions, computers, cell phones, etc.)
  • Act as the administrator for software as needed
  • Maintain Share Point intranet and files, as necessary
Secondary Duties
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony
Experience/ Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 years related experience required including internships
  • Demonstrated experience managing software applications including MS Office
  • Demonstrated experience building and following administrative procedures

Working Conditions/ Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at any given time
  • Able to work consistently onsite at TREK office locations
